Vigilance Department celebrated Vigilance Awareness Week 2021 from 26th October 2021 to 01st November 2021. During this week, many events were organized to spread the awareness among HEC officials, workers , general public, school students and society on the theme of %quot;Independent India @ 75 : Self Reliance with Integrity%quot;
Day 1: Integrity Pledge was administered by CMD, Dr. Nalin Singhal, through Video Conferencing in presence of Director( personnel) Sri M. K. Saxsena, Director( Marketing & Production) Sri Rana S. Chakraborty, CVO Sri Arbind Prasad and other senior officials. Later an essay competition was also organized in HTI / HEC on the same theme.
Day 2: A workshop was organized on the topic of %quot;PIDPI Resolution, Rules pertaining to Leave and Movable/Immovable property return%quot; at HEC Head Quarter. The workshop were addressed by CVO Sri Arbind Prasad, and GM(HRD) Sri Deepak Dubey to HEC officials.
Day 3: A debate competition on the topic of %quot;Independent India@75 : Self Reliance with Integrity%quot; were organized in all three Plants HMBP, FFP & HMTP in presence of Plant GMs. CVO Sri Arbind Prasad also attended the program at FFP and shed light on the importance of integrity in public life.
Day 4: A vendor’s meet through Video Conferencing was organized in HEC. Around forty vendors participated in the meet and shared their experiences. Director(Finance) Smt. Arundati Panda, Director( Marketing & Production) Dr. Rana S Chakraborty and CVO Sri Arbind Prasad put their valuable views during that meet. To spread the awareness, a quiz competition was also organized where large number of participants from different plants participated.
Day 5: A workshop on the topic of %quot;Rules for boundary wall for Quarters, Rules for Quarters allotment, Encroachment in HEC campus%quot; were organized at HEC Head Quarter. The workshop was addressed by Town Administration Division officials to HEC employees. All the functional directors along with CVO were also present in the event and expressed their views on above subjects.
Day 6: On the eve of 146th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel "Run for Unity" named "Walkathon" was organized in HEC premises.
Director (Personnel), Director (Marketing & Production), CVO along with HEC officers, workers, nursing staffs, HTI students and CISF personnel enthusiastically participated in the event. On reaching HEC Head Quarter from Kilkari Park sector 3, Statue of Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar bhalav bhai Patel were garlanded. Later all the participants were administered "Rashtriya Ekta Sapath" by Director Personnel.
Day 7: Valedictory function of Vigilance awareness week 2021 was organized, where all functional directors and CVO distributed prizes to the winners of debate, essay and quiz competitions. The in house magazine %quot;Chingari -10%quot; was released during the function.
