It started with inaugural function 29.10.2018 AT 9.30 A.M in which CMD / HEC was the Chef Guest. During the inaugural function, CMD/HEC administered pledge to officers/officials of HEC and released Annual Journal of Vigilance Department %quot;SAPARK-VII%quot;.
Thereafter, pledge was also administered to HEC officers/officials in all the Plants by respective Chiefs of Plant and pledge was taken by the employees of Branch Office/Kolkata on 30th October, 2018.
Essay competition was organized in Kairali School,Sector-II, Yogoda Satsang College, Jagarnathpur and HEC Training Institute. Painting Competition was organized among the students of HEC High School.
In addition to above, a quiz competition was organized at HMBP Conference Hall for Employees of HEC.
Banners were displayed within HEC premises including Plants to generate awareness among employees and common people.
Also, a seminar was organized by HEC on 03.11.2018 in which following dignitaries / guests from Ranchi were invited for a talk on the subject %quot;Eradicate Corruption – Build a New India%quot;.
Valedictory function was held on 03.11.2018 in which winners of aforesaid activities were given prizes and were felicitated.
Schools and colleges who were associated with HEC Vigilance Department in organizing Vigilance Awareness Programmes were also felicitated by recognizing their contribution during the valedictory function.
