It started with the inaugural function on 30.10.2017 at 09.00 AM in which CMD/HEC was the Chief Guest. During the inaugural function, CMD/HEC administered pledge to officers/officials of HEC and released annual Journal “SAPRK-VI”.
Thereafter, pledge was also administered to HEC officers/officials in all the Plants by respective Chiefs of Plant.
An interaction session was held with vendors/contractors of HEC by the CVO in presence of Vigilance functionaries and officers of the Materials Management Divisions.
Essay competition was organized in Kairali School, St. Thomas School, Vivekanand Vidya Mandir, Yodga Satsanga College, J.N.College and HEC Training Institute during the week. Painting competition was organized among the students of HEC High School.
In addition to above, debate competition was organized in three Plants of HEC namely Foundry Forge Plant, Heavy Machine Building Plant, Heavy Machine Tools Plant. Also, a quiz competition was organized at HEC Headquarters.
Valedictory function was held on 04.11.2017 in which winners of aforesaid activities were given prizes and were felicitated.
Schools and colleges who coordinated with HEC Vigilance Department in organizing Vigilance Awareness Programmes were also felicitated by recognizing their contribution during the valedictory function.
Banners were displayed within HEC premises including Plants to generate awareness among employees and common people.
